It is easy to reach the nearest grocery store by foot in Argyll. Moreover, there is generally a restaurant or cafe in close proximity. Regarding education, secondary schools and daycares are easy to get to by foot from most properties for sale in this part of the city. In contrast, there are no primary schools in this neighbourhood.
