The favoured method of transportation in Beaton is very often a car. It is especially convenient to park, and the street infrastructure is moderately amenable to cars. In contrast, the transit service in this neighbourhood is not very practical. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and it is straightforward to reach a nearby bus stop from most houses. Daycares are convenient to reach by foot from most properties for sale in this area. On the other hand, there are no primary schools and no high schools in Beaton. With regards to food, property owners in this part of Oshawa typically have to use a vehicle to travel to the nearest supermarket. Residents can enjoy a few restaurants and cafes.
