The majority of locations in the neighbourhood have reasonably good access to parks, including Parc de la Promenade-Bellerive, since there are about 20 of them nearby for residents to discover. The noise levels in this area are also low, as the streets are generally reasonably tranquil - although there are still several noisier sections, especially around one of the railway lines, Autoroute Transcanadienne or Autoroute 25.
