Cars are a great transportation option in Bird's Point. It is especially convenient to find a parking spot. This village is not very well-suited for those who prefer to get around as pedestrians as almost no common errands can be run without a car. Commuting by bicycle is also very hard in Bird's Point since the cycling network is quite poor, and the topography is not especially flat.

Housing

Roughly 95% of the units in the village are occupied by homeowners while the rest are rented. In this village, almost all buildings are single detached homes.
