Driving is an excellent transportation option in Boston. Accessing a place to park is generally easy. The predominant housing types in Boston are single detached homes and townhouses. This part of Norfolk County is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. Homeowners occupy around three quarters of the properties in Boston and one quarter are rented. About half of homes in this community were built before the 1960s, while many of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1990s.

It is a very short trip to reach primary schools from any location in this area. However, there are no high schools in Boston. With regards to food, in all but a very small number of cases, a car is required in this part of the city to access the closest grocery store.
