Buckwold Park and Arbor Creek Park, since there are about 10 of them close by for residents to relax in. This neighbourhood remains relatively calm, as there are very few pedestrians.

Transportation

The car is very often the preferred means of transportation in Brighton. Coming across a parking spot is quite easy, and the street infrastructure is fairly well suited for cars. Brighton experienced its biggest construction boom after the year 2000, so most of the available homes are from this time period. Single detached homes and row houses are the main housing type in this part of Saskatoon. Around 85% of the units in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners and 15% are rented. This area also has a choice of housing size options - however this neighbourhood is especially good for those looking for three bedroom homes.

Services

Brighton does not have any high schools or primary schools. Likewise, parents and their children may find it challenging to reach daycares by foot. In terms of eating, the closest supermarket in Brighton is typically only a rather long walk away. A limited variety of restaurants and cafes is available as well.
