Transportation

The car is usually the best approach to navigate this neighbourhood. It is a rather short drive to the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, from any location in British Properties, and it is very easy to park. In contrast, commuting by transit can be challenging in this area by reason of the service's low frequency. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally just around the corner. Travelling on foot is not very practical for residents in British Properties because very few daily errands can be run without the use of a car. It is also very difficult to commute by bike in British Properties since the cycling infrastructure is rather limited, and there are quite a few hills.

Housing

Primary schools are not very abundant in British Properties, and consequently often beyond walking distance, and there are no high schools. In addition, it can be difficult to get to daycares as a pedestrian. As far as food is concerned, home buyers in British Properties almost always have to rely on a car to do their groceries.
