    Canyon Heights is a wonderful neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm atmosphere. This part of District of North Vancouver is especially quiet overall, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Lastly, it is very easy to get to public green spaces from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood since there are around 20 of them close by for residents to discover.

    Transportation

    Driving is often the favoured transportation option in Canyon Heights. It is convenient to find a place to park. In contrast, public transit riders may experience few choices in this neighbourhood as a result of the low service level. Nonetheless, residents are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. A majority of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are not especially convenient for those who get around on foot as meeting daily needs is sometimes difficult without a vehicle. Canyon Heights is also not especially suited for cycling since there are a limited number of bike lanes, and bicycle riders encounter quite a few hills.

This neighbourhood experienced its biggest building boom pre-1960, so most of the available housing stock is from this era.

    A grocery store is usually accessible within a long stroll from anywhere in this neighbourhood. Moreover, Canyon Heights is a good place in which to go out to eat, and home buyers are served by a few cafes as well. Concerning education, primary schools and daycares are straightforward to get to as a pedestrian from anywhere in this part of District of North Vancouver. In contrast, it can be challenging to reach high schools as a pedestrian.
