Casablanca & Area offers a slower-paced environment. Casablanca & Area is quiet overall, as the streets are reasonably tranquil - however some parts can be quite noisy, especially near the railway line or Queen Elizabeth Way. Parks are sparse, resulting in them being very hard to access from most locations within this part of the town. Still, there are approximately 30 green spaces close by for residents to unwind in, such as Biggar Lagoon Wetlands and Peach King Centre.
Transportation
Driving is usually the preferred transportation option in Casablanca & Area. It is a short car ride to the closest highway, such as Queen Elizabeth Way, from anywhere in this neighbourhood, and it is very easy to find a parking spot. Commuting by bicycle is difficult in this part of Grimsby since the bicycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive, and the terrain is not particularly flat. Casablanca & Area is also not very suitable for people who like to travel as pedestrians as very few daily needs can be met without the use of a car.

On the other hand, high schools tend to require an extended stroll to get to, and there are no primary schools in this area.
