This part of the city experienced its most significant building boom between 1960 and 1980, so most of the available homes are from this era.


There are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of Winnipeg. In addition, families may consider it difficult to reach daycares as a pedestrian. Regarding eating, it is easy to access the closest grocery store on foot in Chevrier. There are also a limited number of choices for those who appreciate restaurants and cafes in close proximity.
