    City Core is a good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed ambience. This part of Cambridge is quiet overall, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. Finally, there are about 20 green spaces close by for residents to relax in, like Churchill Park and Soper Park, and they are especially well-distributed, which results in them being easy to access from most locations in this area.

    Transportation

    Most houses for sale in this area are located in places that are fairly conducive to pedestrians; running common errands is easy without a vehicle. The bike is a reasonably good mode of transportation in City Core. The public transit access in this area is not especially practical. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by around 10 bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is usually very close by. In contrast, City Core is reasonably car friendly. Parking is easy.

    A grocery store is typically reachable within a short walk from most houses for sale in this area. Likewise, there are a fair number of opportunities for those who value nearby restaurants and cafes. It is also convenient to access a variety of clothing stores without a car. Concerning education, parents and their children will appreciate that wherever their home is situated in City Core, schools and daycares are nearby.
