College Park is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed ambience. This part of Oakville is reasonably quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. Lastly, there are over 50 public green spaces nearby for residents to check out, including McCraney Valley Park and Morrison Valley, and they are very well-spread out, which makes them very easy to reach from a large number of locations in the neighbourhood.

Transportation

The favoured way to get around in College Park is usually a car. Parking is generally easy, and most homes for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway.
