Conche is a very good town to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed ambience. Conche is very quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.

Transportation

Conche is particularly car friendly. Finding a parking spot is generally easy. Conche is not very conducive to people who prefer to get around on foot because carrying out day-to-day needs is very impractical without a car. Biking is also very hard in Conche since the cycling network is not very well-developed, and bicycling is made difficult by the typically hilly topography.

Housing

Single detached homes and row houses are the predominant housing type in Conche. This part of Division No. 9 is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. Roughly all of the dwellings in the town are occupied by homeowners while the remainder are rented. About one third of properties in this part of Division No. 9 were constructed between 1960 and 1980, while most of the remaining buildings were built in the 1980s and the 1990s.

Services

Conche does not have any high schools or primary schools. In addition, there are only a very small number of daycares and therefore they can be a very long stroll away. As far as food is concerned, it is very rarely feasible for home buyers in Conche to shop for groceries without needing a vehicle.
