There is an extensive selection of green spaces in Concord. Most locations in the neighbourhood have reasonably good access to green spaces, including Langstaff Park, since there are a few of them close by for residents to explore. Lastly, it remains relatively quiet in this area, due to the presence of very few pedestrians.

Transportation

Driving is an excellent mode of transportation in Concord. Many houses for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 400, and it is especially convenient to park. However, the public transit service in this part of Vaughan is not especially frequent. Nevertheless, homeowners can depend on the Rutherford Station with access to the Barrie Line. Property owners are served by about 30 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. Walking is not very convenient for home buyers in Concord as few day-to-day needs can be carried out without having to use a car. Bicycling is also difficult in Concord because there are few bike lanes, and there are a fair number of hills for cyclists to brave.

Housing

About 45% of properties in Concord were constructed following the year 2000, while the majority of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1980s. In this area, roughly half of dwellings are single detached homes, while large apartment buildings and townhouses make up most of the remaining housing stock. This neighbourhood also has a good variety of housing size options - it is quite easy to find homes ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms.

Services

High schools and primary schools are not especially abundant in this part of the city, and thus not always within walking distance. In addition, parents and their schoolchildren may find it challenging to get to daycares on foot. When it comes to eating, the nearest supermarket in this part of Vaughan is typically only a reasonably short walk away. Moreover, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and residents are served by approximately 20 cafes as well. A good choice of clothing stores is also available within a rather short walking distance.
