Driving is usually the best transportation option in Cornwall. Coming across a place to park is easy. It is inconvenient for pedestrians to navigate this part of the Greater Charlottetown metropolitan area because very few daily errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. Biking is also difficult in Cornwall as the terrain is not especially flat, and the bicycling network is not very well-developed.
Housing
Single detached homes are the predominant housing type, representing around 60% of buildings in Cornwall, and the rest are mainly townhouses. About 40% of properties in this town were built after the year 2000, while the majority of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1980s. Moreover, this part of the Greater Charlottetown metropolitan area does not contain any primary schools. Additionally, families may consider it very difficult for their children to reach daycares as pedestrians.
