Crescent Beach is a fairly good community to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. The noise levels in this part of Surrey are reasonably low, as the streets are usually reasonably calm. Transportation
Driving is a very good transportation option in this part of the city. It is very easy to park. However, public transit riders may find limited options in Crescent Beach due to the low service level. This area is not very well-suited for people who prefer to travel on foot as very few common errands can be run without the need for a car. However, Crescent Beach is moderately bike-friendly.

As far as education is concerned, in Crescent Beach, parents and their children will almost always be able to access daycares by foot. However, there are no primary schools and no high schools in this part of the city.
