This area is very car friendly. Coming across a place to park is generally easy, and the majority of houses for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway. It is challenging for people walking to move around in this part of the city as very few daily errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.
Single detached homes are the most common housing type, representing almost all buildings in Crystal Heights, but mobile homes are also present in the housing stock.
