This neighbourhood experienced its most significant construction boom after the year 2000, so most of the available properties are from this time period. Notably, this area is good for those looking for three bedroom homes.


It is easy to access the nearest supermarket by walking from any home in Cumberland. Residents benefit from a few restaurants and coffee shops as well. Concerning education, primary schools are convenient to walk to from any location in Cumberland. However, this part of the city does not have any high schools.
