Cy Becker is a very good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced ambience. The noise levels in this area are very low, as the streets are usually very peaceful. Finally, reaching green spaces, including Brintnell Park, is easy from a large number of locations within the neighbourhood since there are around 10 of them nearby for residents to discover.

Transportation

This area is an extremely convenient part of Edmonton for driving. It is a rather short car ride to the closest highway from any location in this area, and it is very convenient to park. However, Cy Becker is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. This area is not very well-suited for pedestrians since meeting daily needs is occasionally difficult without the use of a car. It is easy to access the nearest grocery store without a car in this neighbourhood. Moreover, a restaurant is generally just around the corner, and there are also a few cafes in this part of Edmonton. With respect to education, daycares are easy to access on foot from most properties for sale in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, Cy Becker does not have any primary schools or high schools.
