Getting around by foot is not very convenient for house buyers in this part of the municipality as many daily needs are impractical to carry out without the use of a car. It is also sometimes challenging to commute by bike in Cypress since the bicycling infrastructure is quite bad, and bike riders encounter a significant amount of hills.

The housing stock of this part of the municipality is composed predominantly of single detached homes and townhouses. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes.

    It is a very short distance to access daycares and primary schools from most properties for sale in Cypress. On the other hand, there are no high schools in Cypress. Regarding food, home buyers in this neighbourhood often have to rely on a car to travel to the nearest supermarket.
