Transportation

The car is usually the favoured transportation option in this part of the city. The majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway, and it is especially convenient to park. On the other hand, Delhi is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the community is connected by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally a short walk away. Delhi is not very appropriate for cycling since the bicycling network is not very extensive, and the terrain is not particularly flat. Many of the houses for sale in this community are located in areas that are also not very well-suited for those who like to travel on foot as few daily errands can be run without needing a vehicle.

Housing

Single detached homes and townhouses are the predominant housing type in Delhi. This area is primarily composed of two bedroom and three bedroom homes. Roughly three quarters of the population of this community own their home while renters make up the remainder. Around 45% of properties in this area were built prior to the 1960s, while the majority of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 2000s.

Services

A grocery store is typically reachable within a rather short trip from anywhere in Delhi. A limited number of restaurants and coffee shops are available as well. With regards to education, families will appreciate that wherever their home is situated in Delhi, both primary and secondary schools are nearby. On the other hand, there are only a very small number of daycares and thus they can be a very long trip away.
