Transportation

Getting around by car is very convenient in Division No. 2, Subdivision E. Parking is generally easy, and the city block layout is amenable to cars. Division No. 2, Subdivision E is not very conducive to those who travel by walking because running common errands is very impractical without needing to get in a car. Moving around by bicycle is also very hard in Division No. 2, Subdivision E because the cycling infrastructure is quite poor, and riding is made difficult by the typically sloping area.

Housing

Around one third of properties in Division No. 2, Subdivision E were constructed between 1960 and 1980, while the majority of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960 and in the 1980s. Likewise, Division No. 2, Subdivision E does not have any primary schools. Moreover, it can be very hard to access daycares as a pedestrian. With respect to food, it is very rarely possible for property owners in this unorganized area to travel to the nearest grocery store by walking.
