This neighbourhood experienced its largest construction boom in the 1990s, so most of the available properties are from this time period. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.

Services

Some home buyers in Douglasdale-Glen may be able to access the closest grocery store on foot, while others will have to turn to a vehicle. A small number of restaurants and cafes can be found as well. With respect to education, there are only a limited number of primary schools in this neighbourhood and therefore they can be an extended walk away. Likewise, Douglasdale-Glen does not have any high schools. Moreover, daycares are not especially abundant and thus not always within walking distance.
