This area is fairly good for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere, as the streets tend to be quite peaceful - although that is not the case closer to the railway line, Autoroute Laval Est or Autoroute 25. Lastly, the greenery in this neighbourhood is not especially prominent; more specifically, residents will find that most streets have below average tree coverage. The car is usually the best mode of transportation in Duvernay. Finding a parking spot is easy, and many real estate listings are a short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute 25. Travelling on foot is not very practical for residents in Duvernay because running common errands is difficult by walking.
