People who prefer a calm environment will enjoy Duvernay. The greenery in this neighbourhood is not particularly prominent; more specifically, residents will find that there are few tree-lined streets. However, there are around 40 parks nearby for residents to visit, making them easy to get to from the majority of locations within Duvernay. This neighbourhood is also reasonably quiet, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic - although there are still several noisier areas, especially closer to the railway line, Autoroute Papineau or Autoroute Laval Est.
