This area is also good for those who need quiet surroundings, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue - however noise can be bothersome near Trans-Canada Highway, Highway 99 or the railway line.

Transportation

The car is very often the favoured approach to move around in this neighbourhood. It is especially convenient to find a place to park, and nearby highways, such as Trans-Canada Highway, are very easy to drive to from any home in this neighbourhood.
