Enderby 2 is a very good reserve to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm atmosphere. Enderby 2 is very quiet, as the streets are generally very tranquil.

Transportation

Moving around by car is straightforward in this reserve. It is very convenient to park. However, the transit system in Enderby 2 is rather limited. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the reserve, and it is straightforward to find a nearby bus stop from most homes. Enderby 2 is not very cycling-friendly since there are few bike lanes, and there are a good number of elevation changes. This reserve is also not particularly convenient for those who like to travel by foot as most daily needs are inconvenient to meet without the use of a vehicle.

Housing

Single detached homes are the main housing type, representing roughly 70% of buildings in Enderby 2, while the rest are mainly mobile homes. This part of North Okanagan offers mainly two bedroom and three bedroom homes. Homeowners occupy around two thirds of the units in Enderby 2 whereas the remainder are rented. The homes in this reserve are quite new, since about one third of its buildings were built after the year 2000, while many of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1980s.

Services

It is usually an option for property owners in this reserve to do groceries by walking. Residents of Enderby 2 benefit from a few restaurants as well. With respect to education, it is a reasonably short walk to access daycares from most houses for sale in this reserve. However, there are only a few high schools in this reserve and thus they can be a long distance away. Furthermore, Enderby 2 does not have any primary schools.
