This part of Edmonton is very quiet overall, as the streets tend to be especially peaceful. Finally, it is very easy to get to public green spaces from most locations within the neighbourhood since there are approximately 10 of them close by for residents to unwind in.
Transportation
Falconer Heights is a very convenient part of Edmonton for travelling by car. Finding a place to park is easy, and it is a reasonably short drive to the nearest highway from any home in Falconer Heights. In contrast, this part of Edmonton is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, there are around 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. The bike is a reasonably good mode of transportation in Falconer Heights since the cycling network is moderately well-developed. Getting around as a pedestrian is not especially practical for home buyers in this area because few daily needs can be met without a car.
