Fleming is an extremely convenient town for moving around by car. Parking is quite easy. Fleming is not very conducive to pedestrians since almost no common errands can be run without needing a vehicle. Even though cyclists do not encounter serious slopes, the bicycle is a fairly poor method of transportation in this town as there are very few bike lanes.

Nearly all of the population of this town own their home and the remainder are renters. The predominant housing types in this part of Division No. 5 are single detached homes and townhouses. Roughly half of properties in this town were built prior to the 1960s, while most of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1980s. This town is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.

This town does not have any high schools or primary schools. Additionally, it can be very difficult to walk to daycares from homes for sale in Fleming. With respect to food, in all cases, a vehicle is needed to do groceries.
