Fulton Place is a very good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed atmosphere. This area is very quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Finally, there are a few green spaces close by for residents to enjoy, including Fulton Place Park, and they are very well-situated, which makes it very easy to reach them.

Transportation

Commuting by car is easy in Fulton Place. It is straightforward to park. However, this neighbourhood is not especially transit friendly. Nonetheless, residents benefit from around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. Fulton Place is appropriate for biking as there are a limited number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave, and the cycling network is reasonably comprehensive. This part of Edmonton is not particularly suitable for those who travel by foot since many daily needs are impractical to meet without the use of a vehicle.

Housing

Fulton Place experienced its biggest building boom prior to the 1960s, so most of the available housing stock is from this era. The substantial percentage of single detached homes in the housing stock of this neighbourhood is an important part of its character. Homeowners occupy around 85% of the units in Fulton Place while the remainder are rented. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes.

Services

The nearest supermarket in this neighbourhood is generally only a rather short walk away. Residents can enjoy a few restaurants and coffee shops as well. When it comes to education, families will value the proximity to primary schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from the majority of properties for sale in this neighbourhood. However, this neighbourhood does not contain any high schools.
