Gaetz Brook is a good community to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm environment. Most areas in Gaetz Brook are reasonably quiet, as the streets are usually peaceful. Transportation

Moving around by car is very convenient in this part of the municipality. Parking is easy. It is a rather short walk to get to both primary and secondary schools from most houses for sale in Gaetz Brook. On the other hand, there are only a very small number of daycares and thus they can be a very long stroll away. As far as eating is concerned, shopping for one's groceries usually demands the use of a car in this part of the municipality.
