In Ghost Lake, almost all dwellings are single detached homes, while townhouses are also present in the housing stock. This part of Division No. 15 is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. Nearly all of the units in the village are occupied by homeowners whereas the rest are rented.
