Gloucester real estate guide & listings for sale

Gloucester is reasonably quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - however some areas can be quite noisy, especially near the railway line. Parks are rather difficult to access since they aren't well-distributed. Despite that, there are a few green spaces close by for residents to unwind in.

Transportation

This neighbourhood is an extremely good part of Township of Langley for travelling by car. The majority of houses for sale are a rather short drive from the closest highway, and it is very easy to find a parking spot. Gloucester is not very bike-friendly because Gloucester is home to a quite poor cycling infrastructure, and the terrain is not especially flat. Gloucester is also not very well-suited for those who travel by foot since almost no daily needs can be met without the use of a car.

Housing

The predominance of single detached homes in the housing stock of Gloucester is an important part of its character. This area offers mainly three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. Homeowners occupy around three quarters of the properties in Gloucester and renters occupy the remainder. About 40% of properties in this area were built in the 1960s and 1970s, while most of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960 and in the 1980s.

Services

Home buyers in Gloucester often have to turn to a car to reach the nearest supermarket. A small number of restaurants and coffee shops are available as well. With respect to education, Gloucester does not contain any high schools or primary schools.
