Transportation

Grandview is an extremely good village for driving. It is especially convenient to find a place to park. This village is not very appropriate for bicycling because the cycling infrastructure is not very well-developed, and the topography is not especially flat. Getting around by walking is also not very practical for residents in Grandview as running daily errands is very impractical without needing to use a vehicle.

Housing

In Grandview, the vast majority of buildings are single detached homes, whereas the rest are mainly townhouses. The buildings in this part of Division No. 11 are very new, because about 40% of its dwellings were constructed following the year 2000, while many of the remaining buildings were built in the 1990s. This village offers mainly three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. Nearly all of the units in the village are occupied by homeowners while the rest are rented.

Services

Grandview does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Likewise, it can be very hard to reach daycares as a pedestrian. In terms of food, in vast majority cases, a vehicle is required to shop for groceries.
