Travelling by bicycle is occasionally difficult in Halpern because the cycling network is not very extensive. Nonetheless, bicycling is more practical in some pockets than others, and it is a flat ride to most destinations. Walking is also not very convenient for home buyers in this part of the city since running common errands is difficult without the use of a vehicle.
