Harmony Real Estate & Houses for Sale
The character of Harmony is exemplified by its slower-paced atmosphere. Harmony is very quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
Transportation
Cars are a great medium of transportation in Harmony. It is especially convenient to come across a parking spot. This part of the subdivision of a county municipality is not very amenable to biking as the cycling network is not very extensive, and there are a fair number of hills to challenge cyclists. Harmony is also not very well-suited for people who like to get around as pedestrians since meeting daily needs is practically impossible without a vehicle.
Housing
About one quarter of homes in Harmony were built in the 1960s and 1970s, while most of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1980s and the 1990s. Single detached homes and row houses are the main housing type in this part of Colchester Subdivision C. Roughly 90% of the units in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners while the remainder are rented. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.
Services
There are no high schools and no primary schools in this neighbourhood. Likewise, it can be very hard to reach daycares as a pedestrian. When it comes to eating, in all cases, a car is needed to do groceries.
