Henderson Estates is a wonderful neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed ambience. This part of the city is very quiet overall, as the streets tend to be very tranquil. Finally, there are a few green spaces nearby for residents to discover, like Henderson Park, and they are very well-distributed, making it very easy to access them.
Cars are an excellent medium of transportation in Henderson Estates. Many homes for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, and it is very convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit system in this part of Edmonton is not very practical. Nonetheless, there are approximately 10 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far away from most residences. Regarding eating, house buyers in this part of Edmonton often have to turn to a vehicle to purchase their groceries. Nonetheless, reaching the closest pharmacy and accordingly some basic food items is usually easy.
