Hudson is a wonderful township to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm atmosphere. Hudson is especially quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.

Transportation

Hudson is particularly car friendly. It is especially convenient to access a parking spot. Hudson is not very cycling-friendly as there are a fair number of slopes for cyclists to brave, and the bicycling infrastructure is quite poor. A majority of the houses for sale in this township are located in places that are also not very suitable for pedestrians because running common errands is practically impossible without a car.

Housing

The housing stock of Hudson is composed predominantly of single detached homes and townhouses. Roughly one third of properties in this township were constructed between 1960 and 1980, while most of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960 and in the 1980s. This township offers mainly four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. Homeowners occupy about 85% of the dwellings in the township and the remainder are rented.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Hudson. In addition, families may consider it very hard for their kids to access daycares as pedestrians. Concerning food, it is very rarely feasible for home buyers in Hudson to purchase their groceries by walking.
