Inkerman is especially car friendly. It is very easy to park. It is very challenging for pedestrians to move around in Inkerman as almost no common errands can be run without a car. This parish is also not very conducive to bicycling since the terrain is not particularly flat, and the cycling network is quite bad.

In Inkerman, the overwhelming majority of dwellings are single detached homes, while the remainder are mainly small apartment buildings.
