Irishvale Real Estate & Houses for Sale
The character of Irishvale is exemplified by its slower-paced environment. The noise levels in this part of the municipality are quite low, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Finally, although Irishvale is not home to any public green spaces, parks are spread out sporadically in nearby communities, which makes it very easy to reach them.
Transportation
This community is particularly car friendly. Parking is generally easy. Irishvale is not very well-suited for people who travel on foot as almost no daily errands can be run without a car. This area is also not very amenable to cycling because the bicycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and there are a good number of slopes for cyclists to brave.
Housing
Roughly 90% of the population of this community own their home while renters make up the remainder. In this area, almost all dwellings are single detached homes. Roughly 30% of properties in this community were constructed in the 1960s and 1970s, while many of the remaining buildings were constructed pre-1960 and in the 1980s. This area is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.
Services
In all cases, a vehicle is required to purchase groceries. In terms of education, Irishvale does not have any high schools or primary schools. Likewise, there are only a very small number of daycares and consequently they can be a very long trip away.
