Thankfully, there is the Île-Perrot Station with access to the Vaudreuil-Hudson Line. There are a few bus lines traversing the city, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. L'Île-Perrot is not very well-suited for walking because common errands are challenging to run without the use of a vehicle.


L'Île-Perrot did not experience a single construction boom; the construction of new homes in the city was spread throughout several decades in the twentieth and twenty-first century. A limited number of restaurants and cafes are available as well. Concerning education, parents and their kids will welcome that wherever their home is situated in L'Île-Perrot, daycares and primary schools are close by. In contrast, there are no high schools in this part of the Montréal metropolitan area.
