The bike is a rather poor means of transportation in Liard River 3 as there are a fair number of hills for cyclists to brave, and the bicycling infrastructure is quite bad.

Housing

In Liard River 3, almost all dwellings are single detached homes, while small apartment buildings are also present in the housing stock. Around 40% of properties in this part of Stikine were built between 1980 and 1990, while many of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1990s.
