Lincoln Real Estate & Houses for Sale

Lincoln is an excellent town to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm atmosphere. Lincoln is very quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.

    Transportation

This town is particularly car friendly. It is very convenient to find a place to park, and the majority of properties for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, such as Queen Elizabeth Way. It is occasionally challenging for people walking to move around in Lincoln since very few daily errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. Cycling is also difficult in this town as there are a fair number of elevation changes, and the bicycling network is rather poor.

    Housing

Roughly 30% of properties in Lincoln were constructed following the year 2000, while the majority of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960 and in the 1960s. Single detached homes are the most common housing type, representing about 70% of buildings in this town, while townhouses make up most of the remaining housing stock. About 85% of the dwellings in the town are occupied by homeowners whereas the rest are rented. This part of Niagara Region is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.
