Getting to parks is very difficult from the majority of locations within the community since they aren't well-distributed. Transportation
Cars are an excellent transportation option in Long Lake. It is especially convenient to find a parking spot. Moving around by bicycle is challenging in this community because the cycling network is not very comprehensive, and there are a good number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave. Traveling as a pedestrian is also not very convenient for home buyers in Long Lake since running common errands is nearly impossible without the need to get in a car.

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this community. Moreover, daycares are not plentiful and consequently not always within a short distance. As far as food is concerned, in all cases, a car is needed to do groceries.
