Loretteville is a very good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a relaxed atmosphere. This area is very quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Lastly, there are approximately 20 public green spaces close by for residents to relax in, like Parc Phil-Latulippe and Parc linéaire de la Rivière Saint-Charles, which results in them being easy to reach from the majority of locations in Loretteville.
Driving is a very good means of transportation in this part of Québec. It is straightforward to access a parking spot. In contrast, the public transit service in this part of Québec is not very frequent. Thankfully, there are around 20 bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is generally just around the corner.
