Lot 2 is a wonderful township to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. Most areas in Lot 2 are very quiet, as the streets are usually very calm.

Transportation

Moving around by car is very easy in Lot 2. It is very convenient to park. This township is not very appropriate for cycling as the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed, and there are a fair number of slopes. Walking is also not very practical for home buyers in Lot 2 as running common errands is very inconvenient without a car.

Housing

The predominant housing types in Lot 2 are single detached homes and townhouses. About one quarter of properties in this township were constructed in the 1960s and 1970s, while most of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960 and in the 1980s. This township is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. Roughly 90% of the units in the township are occupied by homeowners whereas the rest are rented.

Services

There are no primary schools in Lot 2. In addition, it can be very difficult to access daycares by foot. As far as eating is concerned, house buyers in Lot 2 almost always have to rely on a car to travel to the nearest supermarket.
