Transportation

This township is particularly car friendly. It is especially convenient to find a place to park. It is very inconvenient for pedestrians to navigate Lot 12 as meeting daily needs is very impractical without a car. This township is also not very amenable to bicycling as there are a good number of hills to challenge cyclists, and there are very few bike lanes.

Housing

Around 40% of homes in Lot 12 were constructed before the 1960s, while many of the remaining buildings were built in the 1960s and the 2000s.
