Getting around by bicycle is very hard in Lot 23 because there are very few bike lanes, and the terrain is not very flat. Traveling as a pedestrian is also not very practical for house buyers in this part of the Greater Charlottetown metropolitan area since almost no daily errands can be run without a car.
