Lot 4 is a wonderful township to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed atmosphere. Most areas in Lot 4 are especially quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.

Transportation

Driving is very often the favoured approach to move around in Lot 4. It is very easy to park. It is difficult to move around by bicycle in this township because there are a good number of elevation changes, and there are very few bike lanes. Lot 4 is also not very well-suited for people who prefer to travel on foot as very few daily errands can be run without a vehicle.

Housing

The predominance of single detached homes in the housing stock of Lot 4 is an important part of its character. This township is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. Homeowners occupy nearly 95% of the units in Lot 4 while the remainder are rented.
