Transportation

Cars are a great transportation option in Lot 49. It is very easy to park. A majority of the houses for sale in this township are located in places that are not very suitable for those who like to get around on foot since running daily errands is practically impossible without a car. It is also very hard to travel by bike in Lot 49 because the cycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and there are a good number of slopes.

Housing

Single detached homes and townhouses are the main housing type in Lot 49. This township is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. Nearly 95% of the units in the township are occupied by homeowners whereas the rest are rented.
