Lower Post is an extremely good community for moving around by car. Parking is quite easy. The bicycle is a rather limited method of transportation in Lower Post as there are very few bike lanes, and there are a fair number of hills. This community is also not very convenient for people who prefer to get around as pedestrians as most daily needs are practically impossible to carry out without a vehicle.

Housing

The predominant housing types in Lower Post are single detached homes and townhouses. This part of Stikine is primarily composed of two bedroom and three bedroom homes.
